Breakfast roll Made with the same ingredients I u Breakfast roll Made with the same ingredients I use often, but just cooked a different way: - sauté bell peppers & onions - add garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika - set aside - beat together eggs with salt & pepper plus cumin seeds - add egg to hot pan and cook for a few seconds (without flipping) before putting a tortilla flatbread onto the top/wet side of the egg - let that cook for about a minute until the egg is cooked through then flip egg/tortilla over (the egg should have attached to the tortilla) - put the sautéed onions and peppers in the middle roll it up and toast the outside of the tortilla as much as you like Serve with salsa
