14 floral coloring page download. I drew these images by putting marker and pen to paper and then digitized them later. There’s something so special and satisfying about touching actual stationary. Chicken Jalfrezi
Full recipe on my blog, link in bio. The only addition I made here was using leftover tomato sauce. This pairs really well with plain white rice.

2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 kg boneless chicken, cubed
2 onions, cubed
1-2 bell peppers, cubed
4-5 tomatoes, blended in 1/2 cup of water (or 1.5 cup tomato sauce)
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 inch piece ginger, grated
2-3 green chilies
salt, to taste
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
2 tbsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 tsp garam masala
fresh coriander, chopped for garnish

This recipe has been repeated over and over in our kitchen this year. The trick is to use yellow potatoes, their smooth and buttery texture add SO much to this dish. In the summer I like to wrap the potatoes in foil and put them on the grill, and when the grill isn’t being used, I put them in a roaster, cover, and toss them into the oven to bake.

Ingredients:
- 4-6 yellow potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 1 red & 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- healthy drizzle of olive oil
- salt & black pepper to taste (be generous)

Mix together all of the ingredients and roast covered in a preheated oven @375f or on a medium high grill for about 25-30 minutes or until til potatoes are just tender
