Meals can be hard to get onto the table every nigh

Meals can be hard to get onto the table every night, so here are some ways I make things easier for myself. One thing that’s not included in this video is that I like to cook larger amounts of food that’s freezer friendly and freeze half of it away for later. This batch of chicken marinades included tandoori chicken, paprika, and Greek chicken.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup Roast the following

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Roast the following (peeled & chopped):
Butternut squash
Garlic cloves
Red bell pepper
Onion

Coated in:
Olive oil
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Chilli flakes

At 400 degrees for 30-40 mins

Then transfer the roasted ingredients to a pot and add chicken broth & milk, blend and cook for another 30 mins
