Chicken Jalfrezi
Full recipe on my blog, link in bio. The only addition I made here was using leftover tomato sauce. This pairs really well with plain white rice.

2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 kg boneless chicken, cubed
2 onions, cubed
1-2 bell peppers, cubed
4-5 tomatoes, blended in 1/2 cup of water (or 1.5 cup tomato sauce)
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 inch piece ginger, grated
2-3 green chilies
salt, to taste
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
2 tbsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 tsp garam masala
fresh coriander, chopped for garnish

This recipe has been repeated over and over in our kitchen this year. The trick is to use yellow potatoes, their smooth and buttery texture add SO much to this dish. In the summer I like to wrap the potatoes in foil and put them on the grill, and when the grill isn’t being used, I put them in a roaster, cover, and toss them into the oven to bake.

Ingredients:
- 4-6 yellow potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 1 red & 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- healthy drizzle of olive oil
- salt & black pepper to taste (be generous)

Mix together all of the ingredients and roast covered in a preheated oven @375f or on a medium high grill for about 25-30 minutes or until til potatoes are just tender

What significance do these colors hold for you? For some, they evoke thoughts of holidays, while others might be reminded of 🍉. It is the latter that inspired the creation of these earrings. There are countless worthy causes in the world, and this collection was crafted to support the efforts of UNRWA in the region. The black-and-white pattern is designed to reflect the iconic keffiyeh motif, while the colors draw from the vibrant palette of the 🍉 flag.

Have you worked with polymer clay before? What types of things have you made or seen made out of polymer?

I’m trying my hand at this new craft that I’ve been thinking of starting for years now. These earrings are the very first things that I’ve made with polymer. I’ve seen so many really interesting polymer technique videos online and I want to try them all but have NO clue what I’m going to do with all the things I’d like to try and make, or how to narrow it down. I’m open to any ideas & suggestions.
