Art Journal- Watercolor Flowers

Summer is here and I’ve been inspired by all the flowers that I see outside.  So, you may end up seeing a lot of flowers in my work (more than you already do).  This page was done with sharpies and watercolor paints- the kind that come in a little palette.

The paints were a little chalky and they covered up the black sharpie so once the page dried I had to go over it again with the sharpie again.  This sort of ended up creating a neat shadow-like effect.
