Zaatar Cauliflour This combo is simple and so good Zaatar Cauliflour This combo is simple and so good, all you have to do is wash and cut the cauliflower then lay it on a baking sheet before sprinkling it with zaatar (a mix of herbs, spices and seeds that you can find in middle eastern shops). Zaatar is packed full of flavour and brings the cauliflower to life. I bake this in a preheated oven at 350degrees for about 15-18 minutes or until it’s crisp-tender.

What are your favorite pizza toppings? There’s What are your favorite pizza toppings? There’s something so satisfying and delicious about cooking outdoors. I’ve been making pizza on a pizza stone for as long as I can remember but we’ve now gotten ourselves a new pizza oven. It’s been SO fun experimenting. My biggest challenge so far is getting the pizza off the pizza peel, I think I’ll have to try a wooden peel since dough is supposed to stick to that less. The pizza dough plus a couple of pizza recipes are on my blog, link in bio.
