Eid stickers for your cards, gifts, or little ones Eid stickers for your cards, gifts, or little ones. These are hand drawn and printed on regular sticker paper. The stickers are approx 2” in size and there are 12 per sheet.

Broccoli Ginger Chicken (Stir Fry) INGREDIENTS ▢ 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces ▢ 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vegetable oil ▢ 2 1/2 cups small broccoli florets ▢ 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger ▢ 1 tsp minced garlic ▢ 1/4 cup oyster sauce ▢ 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth can also use water ▢ 1 tsp sugar ▢ 2 tsp sesame oil ▢ 1 tsp soy sauce ▢ 2 tsp cornstarch ▢ salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender. 2. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds more. 3. Remove the vegetables from the pan; place them on a plate and cover to keep warm. 4. Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel and turn the heat to high. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil. 5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and add them to the pan in a single layer - you may need to do this step in batches. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Add the broccoli mixture back to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are warmed through. In a bowl whisk together the oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables and bring to a boil; cook for 1 more minute or until sauce has just started to thicken. Serve immediately, with rice if desired. I already bake a lot of veggies but baking them together with the meat juices was *chef’s kiss* good. I ended up making the Tavasi with chicken instead of lamb but the full original recipe can be found on @melizcooks. 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoon Turkish sweet red pepper paste 50ml milk 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp ground pul biber 11/2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried mint 600g boneless lamb shoulder / neck fillet, cut into tiny pieces 10 garlic cloves, peeled and left whole 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes 3/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper 2 onions, peeled and chopped into 2cm pieces 1 large courgette, chopped into 2cm pieces 1 medium aubergine, chopped into 2cm pieces 2 romano/ medium red bell peppers, cored and chopped into 2cm pieces 2 large Charleston/ medium green bell peppers, cored and chopped into 2cm pieces 700g Maris piper potatoes, peeled and chopped into 2cm cubes 4 tomatoes, chopped into 2cm pieces 2 Bay leaves
