I hand knit the yarn with a knitting mill and then bend the wire to write out any name or word that you like. These can be hung up on the wall of propped up on some furniture or a bookshelf. Red Curried Broccoli Ingredients: Broccoli Red cu

Red Curried Broccoli
Ingredients:
Broccoli
Red curry paste
Coconut oil
Coconut milk
Fish sauce
Palm sugar (or white sugar)
Crushed peanuts

Method:
• Preheat oven to 375f
• Make sauce by frying some red curry paste in coconut oil for a few seconds then adding coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce and simmer until it thickens (about 10mins)
• Stir in cut broccoli florets then transfer to baking tray
• Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 18-20 minutes
• Sprinkle with crushed peanuts before serving

Tried something new with leftover pasta sauce, this is sort of a butter chicken-style curry.
Chicken Marinade:
Chicken
Yogurt
Crushed ginger
Crushed garlic
Tandoori masala
Tikka masala
Lemon juice
- cook chopped onion in oil, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, tandoori masala, and tikka masala until the onions start to turn a slight golden color
- add tomato sauce and cook until the oil separates from the curry
- add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked through

Simple little junk journal page. I made this junk journal with leftover pieces of cardstock and book pages and I’m trying to fill it with quick little layouts when baby naps. While making this one, the page got turned upside down at some point but I just went along with it.

Please excuse the shushing noise in the background, that’s the baby’s sound machine.
