Art Journal – Soar

Let it go, forgive, move on, and soar.  This isn’t a quote from anywhere it’s just something that I wrote on this page because it worked with the balloons soaring in the sky, the words mean something more to me as well.

This page started off with a layer of oil pastels, covered in a thin layer of gesso.  I then painted over-top of that, added a layer of paint and cut the clouds and balloons out from scrapbook paper.
